It should be taken into account that not all products are suitable for breakfast. Some can only harm if eaten in the morning.

Nutritionist Sergei Gureev told Doctor Peter in more detail about what and why you should not choose for such a meal.

As the doctor noted, many people make one mistake when they choose foods for breakfast that are rich in fats and carbohydrates, but at the same time have little protein.

Gureev said that you won't be able to get a long-lasting feeling of satiety and health benefits if you choose sweet ready-made instant porridges and baked goods. They contain too much sugar and almost no vitamins.

In addition, you should avoid sausages, bacon, and smoked foods in the morning. Fried foods will cause harm. They are more likely to lead to weight problems and gastrointestinal problems.

You should also avoid juices in the morning, even if they are freshly squeezed.
