This statement was made by therapist Natalia Pavlyuk, reports the publication “ Moscow 24 ”.

In addition, oatmeal is an excellent source of dietary soluble fiber, which improves well-being and reduces “bad” cholesterol.

But the beneficial properties of the product do not end there.

As the doctor noted, the porridge contains a lot of proteins, it is rich in vitamins and useful elements (calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium).

It is better to choose whole grain oats, but it is better to refuse porridges that are quickly cooked and contain sugar. They only do harm.

The specialist also talked about other cereals that you need to include in your diet to have good health.

According to Pavlyuk, we are talking about barley and buckwheat, which not only saturate the body with vitamins, but also improve metabolism.
