You shouldn't overdo it with this treat because of its calorie content.

But few people know that some nuts have a positive effect on mental health.

Endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova spoke about this on her Telegram channel.

As the doctor noted, one should pay attention to almonds.

The fact is that such a product can reduce the risk of depression, inflammatory processes and problems with the heart and blood vessels. But these are not all the advantages of such a snack.

According to Pavlova, almonds also provide the body with magnesium, fiber and protein, as well as amino acids that help restore the liver.

At the same time, the daily norm of almonds can be called minimal. It is enough to eat 12 nuts per day.
