As the nutritionist noted in a conversation with journalists, it is advisable to remove semolina from the diet.
Such cereals do not provide any benefit to the body. They do not contain important fiber, which saturates with vitamin B, allowing you to forget about the feeling of hunger for a long time.
According to the doctor, semolina is rather a harmful product that leads to a rapid increase in blood sugar.
The specialist emphasized that semolina porridge also has the highest glycemic index compared to other cereals.
If you want to cook porridge for breakfast, it is better to choose whole grain cereals. For example, buckwheat will be beneficial.
