As the doctor noted, if a person does not have regular training, then there is no need to add the product to their diet more than three times a week.

However, the skin of chicken should always be removed, as toxins accumulate in it.

It is best to boil this type of meat. As for grilled chicken, the aroma of this delicacy always arouses appetite, but such a dish is dangerous to health. The thing is that against the background of the use of drugs, bacteria resistant to antibiotics can develop in chickens.

The doctor also recommended buying such products only from trusted places. It is simply forbidden to eat raw chicken or minced meat.
