If you approach meals correctly, you can learn to eat less, but still stay full for as long as possible.

Nutritionist Irina Mansurova spoke about this in more detail during a conversation with representatives of the Life publication.

She recommended eating slowly, but it was also important to chew food thoroughly.

There is no need to rush. The brain signals that the body is full, as experts note, only 20 minutes after lunch or dinner.

In addition, you need to choose certain foods that are very filling and low in calories. These are legumes and vegetables.

The menu should include fatty fish and nuts, which also have a positive effect on the body.

When preparing meals, you should use cinnamon and wine vinegar, which help control blood sugar levels and also help keep your hunger at bay for a long time.

Mansurova added that before meals you can drink mint-based infusions, fig decoction and green tea will be useful. You should drink as much pure water as possible to maintain water balance.
