She noted that eating a vitamin salad would greatly help in solving the problem.
For cooking, you can take any leafy vegetables, for example, spinach or kale. Also, any fresh vegetables are great. These can be tomatoes, cucumbers or radishes. Do not forget about fruits and berries.
You should also take seeds, nuts, hard cheese, chicken breast, eggs, and shrimp for the salad.
It is permissible to combine different products with each other.
If you want to add sauce, it is better to give preference to mustard or olive oil.
