If you decide to fit into the “jeans of your youth” by summer, this does not mean that you should give up your usual and favorite dishes.

For example, the same syrniki can be prepared in such a way that 100 g of the finished dish will contain only 142 calories and 13.1 g of protein, 3.2 g of fat and 18.3 g of carbohydrates.

To do this you will need:

  • 100 g of Mistral oat bran flour;
  • 1 egg C0;
  • 100 ml low-fat kefir;
  • 250 g of Savushkin cottage cheese, tender, 0%;
  • 1 coffee spoon of Fitparade sweetener;
  • ¼ teaspoon salt.

All ingredients should be mixed using a whisk.

Leave the plate with the mixture prepared for the syrniki for 15-20 minutes: since bran flour is coarser than wheat flour, it needs time to “disperse”.

You should only pour the dough onto a preheated frying pan.

It is important that the cookware has a non-stick coating: this way you can do without oil, and therefore without additional calories.

Fry the syrniki on one side, turning the stove on low, and turn them over to the other side as soon as you notice that the surface is no longer glossy.

You should finish frying the syrniki without a lid, and you can serve them with the same cottage cheese.
