However, don't fall for this bait - experts from all over the world insist that the best drink you can afford while on a diet is plain, clean water.

But among other liquids that enter our body, there are those that not only do not contribute to weight loss, but are downright dangerous.

These include, first of all, sweet sodas. Due to their composition, they only increase the feeling of hunger and also lead to an increase in blood sugar levels.

The second place on this list, oddly enough, is occupied by coffee.

But we are not talking about standard espresso, but about drinks with all sorts of additives – milk, sweet syrup, coconut flakes, chocolate pieces, whipped cream...

One cup of coffee like this can easily push you over your daily calorie intake without you even noticing. Plus, it makes you want to eat even more.

Finally, the list of prohibited items includes packaged juices, which have nothing in common with the vitamin cocktail you get when you throw an apple or mango into a juicer.
