You can make the dish more dietary by reducing the amount of sugar, replacing classic milk with plant milk or water.

It should be taken into account that one liter of full-fat milk contains 590 kilocalories. If you take a one-percent drink or dilute it with water in equal proportions, you can reduce the calorie content by half.

As for flour, it is better to give preference to rye or buckwheat.

Speaking of fillings, it is better to avoid sweet fillings. It is advisable to give preference to vegetable fillings, for example, baked apples, stewed cabbage or bananas.
