In addition, giving up this harmful product leads to a decrease in insulin levels, normalization of blood pressure, and a reduction in fatty deposits in the liver.
But, as Pavlichenko noted, the effect occurs after two weeks. Before that, a person may experience sugar withdrawal, which is important to overcome.
