It has long been proven that there should be no electronics or household appliances in the bedroom. You also need to say goodbye to any items that are equipped with a light indicator or that make noise during operation - even the most inaudible hum.
The troubles don't end there.
1. Among other things, you need to get rid of silk and synthetic bed linen. It does not warm in the cold and is unpleasant in the heat.
2. The same should be done with decorative curtains or drapes that cannot protect from street light. Headlights, streetlights, moonlight – all of these are the keys to insomnia.
3. If there are bright objects or attention-grabbing images in the bedroom, there is no place for them either. If they are dear as a memory, you can move them to an area where the eye does not fall - the headboard, for example.
4. In the design of the room, it is also better to avoid acidic, flashy and imagination-stressing colors. It is better to use green, blue, beige and pastel colors.
5. The last thing that can prevent you from falling asleep, if done correctly, is flowers. There shouldn’t be many of them. The reason is the oxygen that plants produce, as well as the aromas, which don’t always allow you to relax.
