The first unpleasant consequence: the dumplings may burst and become overcooked.

The second possible problem: the culinary products will stick together. This will happen due to the "sticking" of starch.

How to cook dumplings correctly

There are two approaches to heat treatment of frozen semi-finished products.

The first option: you can put the dumplings in a container with cold water for a couple of minutes. As a result, the product will be prepared for boiling water.

The second option: pour the dumplings into the water not after it boils, but when the liquid temperature is about 50 degrees.

Choose one of these options and you will get perfect boiled dumplings.

Culinary products will definitely remain whole, will not stick together or overcook.
