To cook onions, you need to approach their preparation thoroughly.
It involves peeling and slicing. The choice of slicing method depends on your preferences. If you like thin half rings, cut them that way. If you want large pieces, cut them larger, but in the latter case, you will have to increase the cooking time.
Place the chopped onion in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a suitable lid and microwave the bowl with the onion for 2-3 minutes.
Once again, we remind you: if you have chopped the onion coarsely, let it stay inside a little longer – about 4-5 minutes.
After the time is up, carefully remove the dish from the microwave and wait until the onions cool.
