To reveal the taste and aroma of the drink, it is necessary to take into account the amount of coffee, the volume of water and the temperature of the water.
The formula is not a secret and is quite simple. To prepare one cup of the drink, you need to take 18 grams of ground coffee and 300 ml of water.
The next important point is the water temperature and its quality.
The water must be soft, so you will have to use a filter.
The water temperature should be between 88-92 degrees Celsius.
Then you can brew coffee in a cup or do it in other usual ways.
