Chebureki are known to be a simple, quick and tasty baking option.
However, when frying in large quantities of oil, problems arise: splashes fly in all directions, and after cooking, you have to wash the kitchen from the grease.
Expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova found a way to solve this problem and shared a secret, thanks to which it is possible to get crispy and juicy chebureki without splashes.
There are several ways to forget about splashes, and each of them is easy to perform.
If you don't want oil to splash everywhere, you can add salt to the hot fat in the pan - just a pinch is enough.
The salt will attract all the moisture, which means the oil won't splatter.
This option will also allow you to avoid splashing hot oil around the kitchen without the risk of oversalting the chebureki, because to do this, you just need to cover the frying pan with the chebureki being fried with a colander.
