New Year is just around the corner. And so many are starting the active phase of preparing for the festivities.

One of the culinary decorations of the upcoming magical night will be a fabulously delicious special holiday vinaigrette.

You can add fish, olives and mayonnaise to the dish. And then you will surely not tear your guests away from the table.

The recipe for a beautiful-looking and incredibly tasty dish was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

Ingredients:

– sardines canned in oil (240 grams);
– pitted olives (110 grams);
– potatoes (3-4 pieces);
– beets (2 pieces);
– fresh green onions (one bunch);
– olive oil (30 ml);
– mayonnaise (3 tablespoons);
– salt and ground black pepper (to taste).


Preparation

Boil the beets, potatoes and carrots. Add a little salt in the process.

Then let the vegetables cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Cut the olives into thin rings.

Rinse the green onions under water. Then chop them into small rings.

We put all the chopped goodness into a bowl, season with olive oil, add salt and ground black pepper. Mix.

Grease the top of the vinaigrette with olive mayonnaise. Put the fish pieces, previously mashed with a fork, on top.

The last step: sprinkle the festive dish with chopped green onions.
