How to cook cutlets with buckwheat

First, you need to boil the cereal. For every glass of buckwheat, there should be two and a half glasses of water. Don't forget to add some salt to the liquid.

When the porridge is ready, you will need to turn off the burner and wait 10-15 minutes: it is desirable that the buckwheat is not very hot when mixed with the minced meat.

By the way, for every amount of cooked cereal there should be half a kilo of chopped meat.

Add one grated onion, one crushed clove of garlic and one raw egg to the mixture.

The mixture needs to be salted, peppered and mixed well.

The result will be a base from which several cutlets should be formed. The latter should be rolled in flour, fried on each side for five minutes and stewed for ten minutes.

The result will be truly delicious.
