Harm of shashlik

1. The main problem is fat, which when it gets on the coals forms substances with carcinogenic properties (benzopyrenes). When they evaporate, they get into the meat.

2. The next dangerous point is the meat crust, which contains carcinogens benzopyrene and heterocyclic aromatic amines.

3. Poorly cooked meat also poses a health risk, as bacteria may remain in it.

Who shouldn't eat shashlik?

Firstly, anyone who has not eaten meat for a long time should not eat shashlik.

Secondly, the dish is contraindicated for gout, high cholesterol, acute and chronic diseases of the digestive system and cardiovascular diseases.

Therefore, if you have digestive system diseases or problems with cholesterol, it is better to cook shashlik from fish or poultry.
