There is nothing complicated in preparing this dish. And you won't have to spend a lot of time.

This will result in a real culinary masterpiece, which in its taste is in no way inferior to potato pancakes.

The recipe for an interesting dish was shared by the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova .

Potato Pie Recipe

First, you need to prepare the filling. There are many different options, but mushrooms go best with potatoes.

Cut the mushrooms and fry them in a frying pan together with the chopped onion.

Next, grate half a kilo of peeled potatoes, add a little salt and pepper to the resulting mass, add some greens and 3 raw eggs. Mix the entire contents of the container well.

After this, place half of the resulting potato-egg mixture onto a preheated frying pan.

The intermediate layer is previously heated champignons with onions. The top layer is the second half of the potato dough.

Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and wait for a third of an hour.

Then remove the lid, turn the pie over, put the lid back in place and cook the dish for another quarter of an hour.

The result will be a truly delicious treat that every potato pancake lover will probably be delighted with.
