You can also pre-boil the lard for 20-30 minutes, then wait for it to cool, rub it with salt, black pepper and garlic, leave it overnight at room temperature, and put it in the freezer in the morning.

Finally, you can always make lard from tough lard. To do this, you will need spices and a microwave oven.

Rinse the lard, removing the salt, and roll it in pepper, then lard the lard with garlic cloves.
