How to cook carrot cutlets with rice: good hot or cold

If you are tired of regular cutlets and want to diversify your diet, then you should pay attention to this simple recipe that anyone can repeat.

The method of preparation was shared by the expert of the BelNovosti publication Yulia Arkhipova .

What ingredients are needed:

  • rice - 130 g;
  • carrots - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp;
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

Cooking process

Rice and carrots should be boiled. The process should not take more than 20 minutes.

Then these products should be cooled.

The carrots need to be grated on a coarse grater, then mixed with rice, eggs and salt, and fried onions should also be added to the dough.

The mixture needs to be thoroughly mixed, and then you can form the cutlets.

Before frying, it is advisable to roll them in breadcrumbs or semolina.

The dish should be cooked in a preheated frying pan. The treat can be served warm or cold.
