However, the expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, chef, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova advises gourmets to choose a different strategy for preparing dumplings.

The expert recommends frying the vegetables in a frying pan and continuing to cook the dish in the same pan.

How to Make Perfect Dumplings

First, you need to chop half a medium carrot and one medium onion.

The first vegetable needs to be turned into strips, and the second into small cubes.

The chopped products must be poured into a heated frying pan, into which vegetable oil has been poured.

The first stage of frying vegetables should last five minutes.

Next, you need to pour two more chopped vegetables into the frying pan - tomato and pepper.

The second stage of heat treatment of vegetables should also last five minutes.

The next step is adding spices. You can use salt, ground pepper, khmeli-suneli and even a little granulated sugar.

The resulting mixture must be heated for another two minutes.

After this, you need to put the dumplings into the prepared mass. The entire contents of the container must be completely filled with water.

Next, cover the pan with a lid. As soon as the liquid boils, you need to time it for five minutes: this is how long the dumplings with vegetable additives should be stewed.

The result will be an incredibly tasty dish.
