For the dough, you should prepare 400 ml of milk per 250 g of flour, as well as 30 g of butter, 2 eggs, about 50 ml of cream, 12 g of dry yeast, a pinch of salt and 40 g of sugar.
The milk needs to be slightly warmed up, and then the yeast should be dissolved in it.
You can add a little flour. The mass should sit in a warm place for about 20-30 minutes. As soon as the dough rises, you can add the remaining flour.
Separately, you need to grind the yolks with sugar, salt, and melted butter.
The whites need to be beaten with the cream. Then the egg mixture needs to be carefully added to the dough.
The mixture should be left to infuse at room temperature for about another hour.
Afterwards, you can bake small pancakes in a preheated frying pan.
The finished treat should be served with custard, which is easy to prepare.
First, heat the milk with cream, then add flour, yolks, starch and sugar. Once the cream is ready and cools, it can be combined with sour cream.
