An excellent treat can be easily prepared even without milk and eggs.
The recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti.
The cook noted that to prepare excellent dough, you need to take about 400 ml of clean water, 50 ml of vegetable oil, as well as a tablespoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of soda for 200 g of flour.
It is advisable to sift the flour and then mix it with sugar.
It would not be superfluous to add a few grams of vanillin to get a more aromatic treat for the table. Then gradually pour water into the dry mass, but at the same time the preparation should be constantly stirred.
Then add oil and soda.
Once the dough is well mixed, you can move on to frying the pancakes in a preheated frying pan with oil.
You can serve pancakes with a variety of additives: condensed milk, berries, cottage cheese, etc.
