1. First, you need to think about whether everything is right with the dough. The first thing you need to pay attention to is the consistency of the dough.
Most often, pancakes made from liquid dough break. You can adjust this by adding the required amount of flour and mixing everything with a whisk or blender.
The ideal dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
2. The next reason is the lack of eggs. Without eggs, the dough is not elastic.
Therefore, you need to add chicken eggs or use products that can replace them.
3. Another common mistake is using cold milk. Good dough and delicious pancakes are obtained if you mix them with warm milk or kefir.
