For 350 g of sour cream you need to take:
First, you need to soak the gelatin in water.
Next, you need to make syrup from sugar and 2 tablespoons of water, which is best cooked in a frying pan with a thick bottom.
Gelatin should be heated in a water bath or in a microwave.
It should become liquid and hot.
Then it and the cooled syrup must be poured into the sour cream.
All ingredients must be quickly mixed, poured into molds and placed in the refrigerator for two hours.
Before serving, the treat should be decorated with berries.
