All ingredients for the dough should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature. Kefir can be slightly warmed up, and then mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of soda. This mixture should be left for 5 minutes.
At this time, you need to mix eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl. Then you need to add kefir and sifted flour.
In a separate bowl, put the minced meat with chopped onion and garlic. The mixture should be peppered.
Then you can move on to frying.
Using a tablespoon, place the dough on a heated frying pan, and then the filling, which should again be “covered” with a portion of dough.
Fry the belyashi until golden brown on both sides.
