There are a few culinary tricks to remember so that your treat always turns out as appetizing as possible.

Secret number one – minced meat

It is better to mix two types of meat at once.

In this case, you can be sure of the juiciness of the preparation.

Secret number two – crushed ice

Once the main ingredients (onion, bread and spices) have been added to the mince, you need to stir in some crushed ice.

This life hack helps to make the dish as fluffy and juicy as possible. For 500 g of the preparation, it is enough to take 5 standard cubes from the molds, which must first be broken in a bag.

Immediately after this, you need to quickly stir the minced meat, form cutlets and put them in the frying pan.

Experienced cooks note that pieces of ice in minced meat begin to melt during frying, and small voids form in the minced meat, which are filled with steam. As a result, the meat treat turns out more appetizing and fluffy.

Secret three – proper frying

The cutlets should be placed on a preheated frying pan with oil. In this case, the dish will not fall apart in the frying pan.
