Let's be honest - few of us are willing to jump out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off.
In this regard, wives and mothers who have to push their family members to get to work and school on time are not to be envied.
However, it seems that the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova, has found a solution to this problem – try making banana pancakes for breakfast: the dish gives off such a mind-blowing aroma that family members will run to the kitchen to see what smells so delicious here.
To prepare breakfast you will need the following ingredients:
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Mash them with lemon juice until you get a smooth paste.
Now you can add the remaining ingredients to the fruit puree - milk, butter, salt and soda - and mix everything thoroughly.
Add flour one spoon at a time until you get a thick dough, a little thicker than for regular pancakes.
Fry banana pancakes in a well-heated non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Brown the pancakes on both sides and transfer them to a plate, stacking them.
Since they are not sweet, you can drizzle them with liquid honey or maple syrup. Enjoy!
