You need to put 200 milliliters of the above-mentioned fermented milk product into a deep container.
You should also add a little (1 tbsp. is enough) mustard. Of course, you should use a paste-like product, not a powder.
Next, you need to thoroughly mix the contents of the container. Pour 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar into the resulting sour cream-mustard mixture.
The result of repeated mixing will be a not very caloric mass, distinguished by an interesting taste and easily replacing mayonnaise.
With this dressing, herring under a fur coat will turn out to be a much more appetizing and less harmful dish.
