Ingredients

  • hake fillet - 4 pcs.;
  • loaf - 150 g;
  • parmesan - 30 g;
  • green;
  • butter - 80 g;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • ground sulfur pepper.

How to bake fish deliciously

First, you need to peel the crusts off the loaf slices and then grind them in a blender.

The Parmesan cheese needs to be grated, the herbs chopped, and the butter should first be melted in a water bath.

You should also grate the lemon zest. You only need one teaspoon of this product.

All these ingredients need to be mixed and peppered.

Then the fish needs to be divided into portions, placed on a baking sheet, and the breading needs to be evenly distributed on top.

The dish will need to be baked for about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
