To prepare 3-4 servings you need to take:
The fillet should be dense and not too thin. It should be cut into portions, then peppered and salted.
Grate the zest on a fine grater. Also squeeze the juice out of half the fruit. Cut the remaining lemon into thin slices, which should correspond to the number of servings.
Then fry the fish in a frying pan for two minutes. Melt the butter first.
After this, the main ingredient should be transferred to a baking dish, sprinkled with citrus juice and placed on top with lemon slices.
In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake the fish for no more than 10-15 minutes.
Once the dish is ready, before serving, pour it with a sauce made from melted butter, zest and lemon juice.
