The lard will be soft and very tasty if you pay attention to the hot cooking method. The process is quite simple.

First, the lard should be cut into large pieces and then covered with water.

The product needs to be cooked for up to three minutes.

Then add 5 tablespoons of salt to the lard.

The workpiece must be left in this saline solution for 12 hours.

After this time, you need to take out the pieces and dry them with a paper towel.

Afterwards, rub the lard with a mixture of different spices.

An excellent combination will be obtained if you mix turmeric, hot red pepper, coarse salt, dried dill, a pinch of coriander and nutmeg.

If desired, you can add a little clove and hops-suneli.

Once all the simple manipulations are completed, all that remains is to wrap the pieces of lard in cling film and put them in the refrigerator for a day.
