However, no one is immune from such a mistake.
At first glance, it seems that the easiest way is to add clean water to the pan. But this option will not make the dish better. In this case, you will have to add more vegetables and cereals that are in the recipe.
It is much easier to wrap dry rice in cheesecloth and put it in the soup for 15-20 minutes. The grain will absorb excess salt perfectly.
In this case, you can also cook another portion of rice, bulgur or buckwheat to mix the portion with and without salt.
But you can make the dish more delicious and filling if you add pieces of carrots, potatoes or mushrooms, which you should fry first.
If you need to save oversalted meat, it is acceptable to stew it in cream or sour cream.
Additional sauces with added sugar, honey, lemon juice will save you. Greens and raw potato wedges absorb excess salt well.
