Many housewives like to serve fish at the festive table.

Chefs recommend cooking fish fillet in batter with the addition of lemon. In this case, the dish will get an interesting and bright taste.
For 600 g of fish you should take:
First, the fillet should be cut into pieces, which should be rolled in a mixture of salt and pepper.
In a separate container, combine 120 g of flour with salt, sugar and baking powder.
In the second bowl, mix the egg, water and some lemon juice. Then combine the masses and mix until the mixture is uniform and without lumps.
The remaining flour and juice should be distributed into different containers.
The fish pieces should first be dipped in juice, then in flour. Lastly, the product should be dipped in the prepared batter.
After this, the fish should be put into a preheated frying pan with oil. The pieces should be fried for no more than 3-4 minutes on each side.
