How to cook semolina without lumps: a culinary secret

Usually semolina is poured into boiling water, but it is much better to put a few spoons of cereal in cold liquid and leave for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, the mass will swell, which means that the grains will not stick together during cooking. As a result, the porridge will be without lumps.

When the semolina swells, you can stir it and put it on low heat.

In this case, during the cooking process, you need to constantly stir the porridge. It is advisable to use a whisk for this.

After boiling, it must be stirred continuously.

As soon as the porridge is ready, turn off the heat and stir in a little butter.

However, there is no need to rush to serve the dish.

You need to let the semolina sit under the lid for about 5-10 minutes. It is also advisable to cover the pan with a towel so that the porridge does not cool down.

The dish will be more delicious and filling if you serve it with nuts, fruits or your favorite jam.
