How to cook julienne in half an hour: a recipe for a hot dish in a hurry

Don't think that preparing a full lunch or dinner will take a lot of your time.

For example, julienne according to the recipe in this article is prepared in just 30 minutes and does not require the use of cocotte makers, which are necessary in the traditional version of preparing this dish.

You will only need a frying pan and the necessary products:

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 400 g champignons;
  • 300 ml cream (use 20% cream);
  • 250 g hard cheese;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil (both vegetable and butter);
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.

First, bring all the ingredients into the required form: wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices, cut the chicken into small pieces, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Now you can start cooking. Place a tablespoon of vegetable oil and butter in the frying pan, and when it is hot, fry the chicken in it - 7-10 minutes is enough.

Transfer the meat to a plate and fry the mushrooms in the oil mixture next. When the champignons are golden, return the chicken to them.

Continue to fry both ingredients on low heat for another 10 minutes, then add salt and pepper, and then the cream.

Stir the contents of the pan thoroughly and heat it for a couple more minutes before sprinkling with cheese.

With the lid closed, simmer the julienne for another 2-3 minutes without increasing the flame power, and when the cheese has melted, you can serve the dish on plates.
