What to do with lard

Experienced housewives do the following: they grind the stale lard using a meat grinder.

The cunning cooks put the resulting mass into a jar. After that, the filled glass container is closed with a lid and placed on the refrigerator shelf.

This dish can be used as an additive to borscht.

You will need to take the chopped lard out of the jar and add a little garlic paste to it.

The resulting mixture is a great addition to the ready soup. The borscht will be incredibly tasty and much more filling.
