Many housewives are sure that homemade soup is a standard dish that is unlikely to surprise your household.
In most cases, the dish is truly ordinary and rarely delights gourmets with its taste qualities.
And the problem will persist until you make a change in the way you prepare the soup.
It turns out that one additional ingredient is enough to turn a simple first course into a restaurant-quality dish.
Peas will come to the rescue. And we are not talking about the dry product on the basis of which pea soup is prepared.
You should use canned peas. One handful per pan will be enough to give the dish a sophisticated, pleasant and unusual taste.
When adding peas, you need to focus on the state of the potato cubes. Are they half-cooked? Feel free to pour the peas into the pan and you can pour a little water from the jar where the product is.
If you don't have potatoes, just add the peas a few minutes before the soup is finished cooking.
After turning off the fire, the dish should sit for at least half an hour. Then the taste will be revealed even better.
