Both fresh and frozen vegetables and herbs are perfect for this creamy soup.
The finished dish can be decorated by placing croutons, soft cheese or a small amount of finely chopped and fried bacon on top.

First of all, steam the broccoli. Note: you can also use the standard method of boiling, but in this case the cabbage will change its pleasant color to a brown shade.
Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Now you should combine the onion with broccoli and spinach and pour in water – the liquid should completely cover the vegetables.
Simmer all ingredients for about 10-15 minutes, and when the liquid has evaporated, add 2 cups of hot water, stir and grind with a blender.
Return the resulting mixture to the stove, adding cream and cheese. As soon as the cheese melts, you can pour the soup into bowls and call your family to the table.
