Take the lard with a slit, cut it lengthwise into long strips, wash it thoroughly and dry it on a paper towel.
Next, pour onion peel into a saucepan, add water and put it on the stove to cook.
As soon as the water starts to boil, turn off the stove and leave to cool and infuse.
If you like, cut the skin off the lard, then season with salt, pepper and rub with garlic crushed through a garlic press.
Cut the peeled carrots into circles and place them over the entire surface of the lard, roll the strips, each one separately, into a roll and wrap tightly with thread.
Place the prepared rolls in a saucepan, add salt, bay leaf and pour in the onion broth.
