Any boy's mom and dad probably dream that their son will grow up to be a strong-willed, unwavering, courageous and determined person.

However, it is quite difficult to ensure that a child develops the qualities of a real man.

You need to raise a boy properly.

Overprotection is a bad decision. So is overly strict parenting.

Ban on emotions

"Don't cry! You're a boy!" - parents often say when they see their son crying.

This is a wrong action. Mom and dad should understand that a boy has the same right to show emotions as a girl.

If parents try to make the baby emotionless, he will acquire other personal qualities: distrust, secrecy, insincerity. These character traits will hinder him in life.

Overprotectiveness

A boy is unlikely to become a real man if his parents protect him from everything.

Give your child at least partial freedom of action: let him gain life experience.

Excessive strictness

It is also not worth rushing to the other extreme. Strictness in upbringing, contrary to popular belief, does not make a boy more courageous and strong-willed.

On the contrary, the child may become fearful and indecisive.

Earlier we talked about the “three-minute rule,” which, if followed, will help make your child happy.
