If a child misbehaves, then mom and dad should use one interesting psychological technique.
It's called "Zero Reaction".
The trick is this: parents should simply ignore a child who is exhibiting bad behavior.
Oddly enough, this approach has proven effective in most cases.
Has your child started screaming, crying or provoking you? Pretend your son or daughter is not around.
Then the child will understand that his actions are simply useless, because the parents do not pay any attention to them.
The baby will come to the conclusion that “blackmailing” mom and dad with tears is pointless, and will stop doing it.
In this regard, “zero reaction” is much more effective than yelling at a child or promising to punish him for bad behavior.
You should only use the above psychological trick when you are alone with your baby.
You shouldn't use the "zero reaction" in public, otherwise those around you may decide that you don't care about your own child.
