Some parents take a simple approach to buying sweets: they buy what their child asks for.
Others are more categorical, so they try to completely exclude this category of products from the children's menu.
Both approaches are wrong.
In the first case, parents relieve themselves of responsibility and give their children sweets with unverified ingredients. In the second case, adults deprive the child of favorite products, which children need to be pampered with from time to time.
Experts believe that the main source of sugar for a child should be natural. Berries and fruits cope with this task perfectly.
If you teach your child to eat right from an early age, then there shouldn’t be any problems with this.
If you are a responsible parent, it is worth studying each specific additive and its mechanism of action on the child's body. In this case, you can exclude the most harmful sweets from the diet.
It is worth giving preference to confectionery products that contain a minimum amount of unknown additives.
If your children love chocolate and candies, then such sweets should also be of the highest quality. They must necessarily contain cocoa.
But you shouldn't buy sweets with palm oil.
