The body of any person functions better when basic and other needs are met in accordance with the created daily habit - in activity, rest, nutrition.

This is a regime - a schedule of actions for the body, which through regular repetition has become a stable habit. But habits can also be changed.

The effectiveness of the regime's influence on the psyche depends on the perception of a particular person, so one regime is not suitable for everyone, but there are individual characteristics and needs.

Children are no exception in this case. An additional and positively established schedule stabilizes their emotional background, eliminating and reducing uncertainty.

It is precisely the uncertainty, the unknown of the future moment and time for a child that is the main cause of fears, and consequently, the deterioration of the quality of perception, socialization and life in general, says psychologist Andrei Kashkarov .

Therefore, the main thing that a stable schedule of children's activities helps with is a sense of predictability of the near future and tomorrow. By checking such a schedule, children have the opportunity to tune in and prepare for upcoming events.

With a good mental background, children have a good level of immunity against diseases, the blood composition is close to normal values, therefore, the body develops as well as possible.

In terms of forming a schedule and mode of activity, the following will also help. One can argue about the importance of astrology for people or the body's predisposition to change in condition depending on the phases of the Moon, this issue has not been fully studied and there are different versions, including in favor of taking into account such a dependence.

However, there is a more effective and accessible to almost everyone way to check your own biorhythms, and this is also a system, the analysis of which gives good conclusions about the individual settings of a particular living organism.

A simple way is this. Build a graph and record daily values as you feel them for 5-6 (or more) months: for OX – time by day, for OY – from “minus 10” to “plus 10” assessment of your condition.

It is clear that this is an extremely subjective analysis, but it is better than nothing. On the graph, draw the lines of "health" (physical condition), "mood" (comfort), "mental" (emotional background, mood), "strength" (energy) along the points - the list can be adjusted and supplemented.

It would be even better if the schedule was structured not only by day, but also by hour.

Using such a schedule, after a long period of observation, it is possible to analyze patterns for a specific person (child) and, based on the analytics, create an individually oriented daily routine for training, employment, nutrition and rest.

The problem here is that it is difficult for children to follow such mandatory fixation, and you, as parents, cannot quite objectively feel the state of your child. But the idea itself is worthy of attention.

In terms of nutrition, work and rest - in the first case, the body, having become accustomed to eating “on the clock”, is better adjusted energetically, metabolism improves, and mood improves - from a stable distribution of work and rest.

Healthy sleep in accordance with the daily routine is as useful for a child as for an adult. And afternoon sleep is no exception. A child grows, it would seem, unnoticeably, but growth can always be recorded, even in sleep.

Working out, exercising and training regularly at the same time also contribute to a better quality of life, feeling and mood than sudden or one-time manifestations of activity.

Accordingly, the daily routine may be different. The main thing is its stability.

In practice, there are many recommendations on how to organize a daily routine “correctly,” but they are not always feasible due to circumstances; for example, classes in sports groups cannot be tailored to each individual child.

And it is clear that you have to use impromptu. In this case, you should not give up planning and daily routine, but divide the prerogatives.

Set a mandatory and stable schedule: for example, morning exercises at 7 am, breakfast at 7:30, an evening walk or a half-hour jog at 8:30 pm.

And time (except for regular classes) can be free and used for new or other tasks, events, activities.
