Even the most obedient child can start to misbehave.
And often the baby simply does not hear his parents: no requests to calm down help.
In such a case, mom and dad should not yell at their son or daughter. Most likely, the situation will only get worse.
It's better to resort to one little trick. It's about an educational trick called "The 1-2-3 Method".
Has your child suddenly stopped obeying his parents? Does he continue to do something, ignoring the prohibitions of his mom and dad?
Then you need to tell the baby: “If you don’t stop immediately, then…”
There should be some kind of warning next. For example, "you'll be without toys for a week" or "I'll take your smartphone away from you for a few days."
After this, the parent should say the following: “I’ll count to three! One! Two!”
You need to speak loudly and clearly (but without shouting) so that the baby understands that you are serious.
Usually there is no need to say "Three!" In most cases, the child, having realized the high risk of punishment, calms down and stops misbehaving.
If the baby still ignored the warning "1-2-3", then he must be punished immediately. And exactly as promised.
