Do you never feel rested in the morning?

No feeling of energy? Not fully prepared to start a new working day?

Remember how you behave immediately after the alarm goes off.

Perhaps you make a gross mistake every time. It is this that prevents you from getting a good night's sleep.

A common mistake related to alarm clocks

Many people act in the following way: after waking up in the morning because of the sound of the alarm, they immediately restart the device.

Usually this action is accompanied by the following thought: “I’ll sleep for another 5 minutes.”

Time quickly passes, the alarm goes off again, and the person... again prolongs his sleep by a few minutes.

This is a very dangerous habit! It leads to such a problem as "fragmented" sleep.

What happens is that new sleep cycles are interrupted almost before they begin.

Such "rest" does not allow you to get a good night's sleep. Your health only gets worse. And a lot of time is lost.

How to Wake Up Properly in the Morning

Get out of bed immediately after the alarm goes off.

Believe me: if you wake up at the same time and forever give up the habit of prolonging sleep by a few minutes, then your body will quickly get used to a certain schedule.

Waking up will no longer be a torture: you will feel refreshed and rested.

And if you feel that you haven't had enough sleep, then extend your sleep. But not by 5 minutes, but at least by half an hour. In this case, the new sleep cycle will be complete: there will be no "fragmentation".
