Firstly, you can’t limit yourself in food before the holidays and refuse food in anticipation of the New Year’s feast, this is fraught with overeating.

Salads should be dressed immediately before serving, this will extend their shelf life.

The seasoned Olivier salad can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 12 hours, the expert noted.

Thirdly, give up carbonated drinks, they increase the load on the gastrointestinal tract.

You should also limit your consumption of alcoholic beverages and drink a glass of water after each glass of alcohol.

This way you can avoid dehydration and, as a result, you will feel much better in the morning, ” explained Zabaturina.

She also recommended maintaining a sleep and wakefulness regimen and planning active rest in advance.
