Cholesterol helps the nervous, immune and reproductive systems of the body function properly, the endocrinologist noted.

In addition, red caviar contains many microelements, in particular phosphorus and magnesium.

The first is part of DNA and RNA and plays an important role in the formation of teeth and bones.

Magnesium is also good for bones, and also eliminates cramps, helps with joint pain, normalizes blood glucose levels, heart rate and blood pressure.

Red caviar is also rich in B vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins – A, D and E.

Vitamin E prevents the formation of blood clots and cholesterol plaques and increases the elasticity of blood vessels.

Vitamin D is important for bone health, vitamin A is important for immunity, vision and reproductive function.
